Dear Gary, It's difficult to express the profound Grace that EFT has brought into my life and the lives of my clients. I have been using EFT for about a year. A few nights ago, I awoke with a blinding migraine; the pain was excruciating. I had not had a migraine in more than a year and this one literally brought me to my knees. Despite the confusion of awakening to intense pain, I began using EFT. My set-ups were less than eloquent, they went something like this: Even though I have this blinding pain, I deeply and completely accept myself. Even though I am afraid that this pain will last forever, I deeply and completely accept myself. Even though I feel trapped inside this pain, I deeply and completely UPSET myself. When I heard myself say that I deeply and completely UPSET myself -- the proverbial light bulb came on. The previous day had been profoundly stressing emotionally and physically and I had deeply and completely upset myself! Needless to say, after the revelation the headache abated without medication.
