Hi Gary,

A few years ago, I was starting to experience migraine headaches.  They started with a loss of eyesight in blotchy areas of each of my eyes and after that went away, the headache would hit with a vengeance.  The only solution was to go home, take off all my clothes and sleep between two sheets for a couple of hours.  Even then, I would awake with a bit of what felt like a hangover.

This went on for a few years until one morning, when I had five clients waiting for me in five different courts, my eyesight started to be lost as I was driving down a local highway to get to work.  I realized that I would have to stop driving and call my wife to come pick me up, but I was really concerned about letting five different clients down in one morning, so I made up my mind to tap on the headache for the next five minutes as I drove and if it didn't go away, I'd return home and cancel the day.

Well, you guessed it.  By the time I arrived at the five-mile mark, my eyesight had corrected and there was no sign of the headache coming on.  I went to all five appearances that day and the migraines started to subside after that.  It did take a few more times where my eyesight became impaired and I tapped on the issue, but now I experience no more migraines.

As for the wording:  I used very simple wording such as "this migraine" or "I can't see" or "this problem with my eyes that's causing these headaches.”  The real key was to do it as soon as my eyesight started to become impaired and/or the headaches started.  The earlier I caught it, the better it worked.
